Bah nvm I guess. Im having problems with the support guys. For some weird reason the addresses and phones numbers Ive had don't match up with what was on file. And everyone I talked too said I HAD to have one of those.. even though I had like 5 other pieces of information about my account..

Anyone go through something like this and get passed it?

Ok new info: had to fax my ID to them, and transferred to tier 2 support lol... And now dude said it takes about 48 hrs to process. So maybe next week I'll be back.. are you guys even on Kujata still?

We're on Valefor. As for all that info, Indy might be able to help you out with that process but I think he might be on vacation or something. I've never had to reactivate but my understanding is that you need certain bits of information like you said so they can verify. His reactivation might've taken more than 48 hours, to boot.

You can't just start paying again? or you mean you lost your password? I canceled several times in the past and just reactivated my content id when I wanted to play again.

And wow, I didn't realize Kujata server was merged, weird.

Well, I thought the time limit was 6 months before they erased you from history, but the guy on the phone said it's 1 year.

And the last time I started playing again I had my password reset and never changed it to something I would remember. It was still some crazy numbers/letters combo that was automated from them.. So yeah I'm jumping through hoops to get my password reset again..

And oh, it was a merger with Valefor? So i won't have to World Transfer then?

Wow this is a pain in the ass.... After I was told to fax my ID to verify my account.. this is what I was told today when I checked back..

Agent Stephen H: Okay I see your fax was received, however as you have been unable to meet group 2 of our verification requirements 3 out of 4 from the following(name, dob, address, phone number) you should not have been given the option to fax in your ID.

Agent Stephen H: Unfortunately the fax was denied until you can provide either the correct address or phone number.

Me: Then why was I told I could fax my ID then?

Me: to use as a 6th requirement

Me: or 5th.. whatever

Agent Stephen H: This turns out to be an agent error which I do apologize for however we cannot bypass the minimum requirements. If you had met the requirements of group2 of verification the faxed ID may very well have been accepted, however as you have not been able to meet the requirements the ID cannot be accepted.

Agent Stephen H: Can you attempt to verify either the address or phone number?

Agent Stephen H: If not your only option would be to verify the account through notary.

Me: I did. It's been 7 years since I created this account. I tried to contact old cell phone companies for the records to get the old number but they delete the info after so long. And every address I tried the agent said it didnt match...

Me: What am I getting notarized?

Agent Stephen H: This would involve us emailing you a notary form, which you print out, fill out and get notarized by a Notary Public. Once complete you would have to mail the orignal, notarized document back to us.

Agent Stephen H: If you would like to go through that procedure, please provide an email address where I can send that form and I will send the necessary document to you.

Yeah it makes no sense to me. If I had matched my old phone/address I wouldn't have needed to fax my ID... lol.. But whatever I'll do this one last thing and see what happens... Crying or Very sad

I had to do that when I first got back. it took me about 3-4 months after sending in the notarized letter to get my account back. They need to "make sure" its you. or w/e B.S. gl man, I know it was a pain for me. Look I can lend u my other account for now since I've not cancelled it, you'd just have to pay the monthly until u get yours back. I'll leave u the little gear it has and take the gil only, if anything you can end up keeping it if you dont get your old acct. back, I've had it parked w/o paying for months. lemme know. Very Happy I only have war 75 on it. i took blu to like 55 or so, and some other mid lvl jobs.

the notary is painless.. just an inconvienance.
what i think is bullshit is all the hoops you have to jump for an eff'ing game.. I mean to talk to your bank about your account, all you have to provide is your dob and/or ssn. and se wants everything and your favorite dog's name.. i think its ridiculous.
I'm know what you're going through desh. As arduous as it is.. its not that bad.
